In order to really know my food, you will need to know a specific something about me, I was turned on to food exploration at a very early age. Foods that were the more unlike what I was accustomed to, the better. I like nearly everything (particularly if done well), and absolutely require the flexibility to explore the seasons' vitality, purveyor's quality, and preparation innovation.
You will not see the same offerings in our restaurant week after week, or even day after day. It simply is not me. However, you will have the opportunity to explore something new, nearly every time you visit us...that I can guarantee.
